How long does a delivery take?

Delivery periods of your orders may vary depending on the shipping company, country and address. You can view the estimated delivery time from "My Orders" tab and track your order through the related link. You can access your shipping tracking number on "My Orders" tab after your order is sent out for delivery.

* Delays due to customs policies, strikes or unforeseen circumstances should be excluded from the estimated period. In these cases, customs officials will inform you on how to receive your order.

 

How long does it take sending my order to the shipping company?

Your orders are handed over to the relevant shipping companies within 2-7 days according to the special services ordered.

In case there is/are item/s pending for supply in your order, the shipping period may vary.

You can view the estimated suppliement period from "My Orders" menu.

 

What are the shipping fees?

It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page.

* Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. ABLOOM E-TİCARET pays taxes of the orders and send customers customs-cleared products.

 

Which shipping companies do you work with?

We work with the best courier services in the world. This shipping company varies depending on the Shipping Country.

 

They tried to deliver my order but I wasn`t home, what should I do?

If you were not available at the shipping address upon delivery it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. Kindly contact the shipping company with your Airwaybill Number and Order Number and reschedule your delivery or ask them to pick up at the nearest branch. *

*You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days (differs based on the cargo company).

 

I have multiple orders on different approximate dates, will they be delivered together?

Each order is considered as a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time.

 

Can I update my delivery address?

You can not update your delivery address before you place an order. After placing an order it is not possible to change the address.

 

 

Return and Cancellation

 

What is your Return Policy and Procedure?

The satisfaction and expectations of our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order; You can return it within 14days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, hygienic products (such as surgical masks), swimwear and bikinis are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Moreover the products which are specialized according to customer order cannot be returned.

You can return your package by “International Return”. The return process may take up to 2 months. No service fee will be deducted from your refund amount, but you need to send your package with a shipping company of your choice to the address below and will need to pay the necessary shipment fee to the shipping company. Shopabloom starts the return process immediately after receiving your returned package.

What is your refund process?

Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account.

For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transfered directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.

For Iyzico Customers, refund will be sent back to your Iyzico accout that was used for the purchase.

Note: Shipping Fees are not refunded.

 

How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for now.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled until invoicing is done and package is delivered to courier company.

 

I cancelled my order. Will I be refunded shippig fee too?

If your cancelled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid including shipping fee will be refunded.
